We find e-mails the most convenient way to work and we will usually respond within 24 hours.

We will respond to any request with minimum information - Date of arrival, type of tour, number of days, number of persons.

If you can give some or all of the following, that will help us design an outline tour to suit you.

Dates of arrival and departure.
Place of Arrival -( eg Edinburgh Airport or rail station , Glasgow Airport)
Number of adults and children in the party.
Type of accommodation (Hotel/GuestHouse/PrivateHouse B&B/Castle)
Transport needs - self drive or with driver/courier
Type of activity - golf, scenery, history, wildlife, or mix.
Any particular city or part of Scotland.
Any special interests of the group. (for  instance one group was interested in Mary Queen of Scots )
